Rick Ross
American rapper Rick Ross will be performing in Ghana again during the December festivities, nine years after he first performed in Accra.
The Maybach Music Group leader would be performing at this year’s ‘Detty Rave Concert’, which is being organised by Mr. Eazi at Spintex on December 27.
He would be sharing stage with other Ghanaian artistes such as Kidi, King Promise, Kuami Eugene, Joey B, Kwesi Arthur and a host of others.
Mr. Eazi confirmed Rick’s performance on Twitter, saying, “Confirmed!! Rick Ross will be joining us at Detty Rave 27th December at our new rave site in Spintex, Accra Ghana.”
This would be the second time he would be performing in Ghana.
Born William Leonard Roberts II, Rick Ross first performed in Ghana in December 2010 at a Fantasy Entertainment event dubbed ‘Rick Ross Live In Ghana’.
Nine years later, he is returning Ghana to Ghana at the time the country is organising the ‘Year of Return’ programme.
Other reports suggest he is also returning to Ghana as part of the ‘Year of Return’.
