Samini
This year’s edition of a much-hyped musical event dubbed ‘Samini Xperience Concert’ will take place on Saturday, December 24, at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC), according to the organisers.
The show, which is the second edition, has Samini as the headline artiste, and it is being organised to promote his music and brand.
It is a dance-party that focuses on bringing together Ghanaian music lovers on one platform to celebrate Ghanaian music, as well as providing networking opportunities for all music lovers coming from various parts of the country.
Samini, who will be performing alongside some selected performing artistes at the event, will treat music lovers to a different tune of authentic Ghanaian and African music.
It promises to be better with power-packed performances from some top Ghanaian performing artistes such as Kwabena Kwabena, Kofi Kinaata, KK Fosu, Korkoeveli and a host of other prominent artistes.
There would be performances from surprise guest artistes who have also been invited to hit the stage on the night.
Rehearsals have already started, and if what is being experienced at the rehearsal ground is anything to go by, then music lovers should get ready to be treated to exciting, rich Ghanaian music.
Sources close to Samini’s camp have hinted that the ‘King of African Dancehall’ will perform to sway women off their feet, something he is good at doing anytime he takes the stage.
According the organisers of the event, they are expecting over six thousand music fans to witness the event, adding that a number of mouth-watering packages have been put in place to entertain fans. The organisers said last year’s event was fantastic but this year, music fans would experience the real power in music.
