Some of Ghana’s premium musicians, including Supt Kofi Sarpong, Tinny, Edem, Wisa, Luther, Screw Face, Shiloo, King Jerry, Dunsin, Apaatse, Chamelion, Ohema Dada and several others teamed up to thrill thousands of music lovers at the Bukom Square during the Gamashi Homowo 2016 Bash from Saturday night into Sunday morning.

The concert was to climax entertainment activities for the 2016 Gamashi Homowo festival, and it was headlined by fast rising hiplife musician, Nii Funny of ‘Yooko Ebreaki Me’ fame.
The venue was packed with thousands of persons from Gamashi and its environs who stood on their feet from about 7:00pm Saturday until 4:00am on Sunday when the organisers had to close the show.

Aside the big name musicians who rocked the stage, there were about a score of rising musicians who used the platform to advertise and promote their talents.
“God did not put us to shame but rather gave us more than what we prayed for. The musicians showed us great love and the Gamashi community showed us loyalty and maximum support. We have no option than to keep making it bigger and this point it can simply get better and only God can stop us now,” Nii Funny’s management said after the show.
