‘THE KAFUI Dey Conversations’, hosted by Broadcaster Kafui Dey, has begun airing on the Daily Guide Network (DGN).
The show premiered on October 5, 2026, and airs Monday to Thursday at 7 p.m. on DGN TV. The programme is expected to feature engaging and thought-provoking conversations with personalities across various sectors, including quiet heroes whose stories deserve to be told.
Speaking in an interview about the partnership, Kafui Dey said he was drawn to the legacy of the Daily Guide brand.
“I’ve followed the progress of the newspaper for years. I love their cartoons, Akosua. I want to interview that person,” he said.
“It’s the most successful private newspaper in Ghana and out of this came the media group. It’s a big opportunity to do something interesting and send the content elsewhere, apart from it being just on digital. Legacy media is not dead; it’s transforming or it’s being transformed by digital. Daily Guide, the DGN network, is just a reflection of that whole trend. I’m really excited to be part of it.”
On what viewers should expect, he explained that the show will go beyond celebrities. “Great conversations with people who have a story to tell. It’s not just going to be celebrities. It’s going to be people that are quiet heroes. Ghana has a lot of quiet heroes. Our general personality in Ghana is that we don’t like to call too much attention to ourselves, just like to do our own stuff quietly, but there are people whose stories need to be told,” he noted.
The DGN team also expressed excitement about the collaboration, describing it as an amazing partnership, with family-friendly content that viewers will love.
‘The Kafui Dey Conversations’, which was previously available as a podcast, will now be available on DGN TV and radio.
