The award follows on the heels of a previous one by United Clergy International, which adjudged 21stClinic as ‘The Most Results-Oriented Health Facility of the Year’.
40 Under Forty is an initiative of Xodus Communications Limited and seeks to identify, honour and celebrate Ghana’s most influential and accomplished young business leaders under the age of forty from a wide range of industries.
The award is also in recognition of Dr. Foster’s dedication and commitment to helping to build Ghana’s health sector as well as being highly respected company advocating for best herbal practices and research in new areas of health conditions.
21st Clinic has been hailed by many public officials and high-profile dignitaries, including former MP for Oforikrom in Kumasi who was also former Ashanti Regional Deputy Minister, Madam Elizabeth Agyemang, who was successfully treated of sciatica. Such testimonies abound on 21st Clinic’s website and social media pages.
Speaking to the media after receiving the award, Dr. Foster thanked the people of Nkoranza in the Bono East Region, for their support especially because21st Clinic started in that town. He also dedicated it to his staff and media for helping to push the health facility to its present state.
“Last but not least is our clients and patients whose testimonies, referrals and recommendations, have deepened the trust by the general public in 21st Clinic,” he added.
Dr. Foster called on the government to invest into the herbal sector to make it more attractive for the youth to study and promote the health and wellness of citizens in the country.
“It’s about time the government had faith in our local health industry, especially herbal medicine manufacturers, at least as part of its1D1F initiative, so that outstanding herbal factories could be supported with soft loans,” he added.
21stClinic is currently the leading herbal clinic in Ghana. It employs about 1,000 people directly and indirectly.
The company has 15 branches across Ghana. Through research and innovation, it has particularly chosen to focus its energies on sciatica treatment, with awareness creation and education.
Dr. Foster and 21st Clinic is about to launch the Sciatica Research and Treatment Centre in East Legon, near Accra, come November 21, 2021.
