TT Brothers (3rd L seated ) giving a pep talk to the players after the game
President of Uncle T United FC, Isaac Tetteh (TT Brothers) has described his side’s loss to Heart of Lions on Sunday as unfortunate.
The defeat, the club’s second in succession after their first to Tema Youth, this season, also dislodged them (Uncle T United) from the summit of the Zone 3 table.
He said in a post-match interview “It is unfortunate we lost this game. It is our second defeat in a row. The playing body gave up early after the goal.
“We are going to the drawing board to correct what accounted for the home defeat. We are determined to win our remaining two games, so we come back strongly for the second round.”
He urged the playing body as well as the technical team to put the defeat behind them and rise to reclaim the top spot.
Uncle T, now two points adrift Lions from the top spot, will travel to the Teshie Barracks to face SP Mirren this Thursday.
