Pastor In Mystry Death At Ellembelle

The death of Rev. Anthony Kwame Nyame of Cross of Calvary Healing and Deliverance Ministry in the Ellembelle District of the Western Region has sent tongues wagging in the area.

According to sources, the pastor of the church at Teleku-Bokazo in the Ellembelle District died few days after allegedly receiving a death threat from a resident in the area.

DAILY GUIDE learnt that the alleged death threat was issued on radio by a man the deceased person was fighting with over a piece of land.

“Reverend Anthony Kwame Nyame died exactly five days after one Samuel Erzoah was heard on radio issuing the death threat. The two were said to be fighting over a land at Teleku-Bokazo,” a resident in the area asserted.

Initial reports indicated that there were heated exchanges between the two on West End Radio on October 7, 2018, when they were hosted on air over the matter.

During the exchanges, Erzoah, who is a worker at Ghana Gas Company at Atuabo, was alleged to have threatened that “if the pastor does not kill him, he will do it”.

On October 12, 2018, Rev. Kwame Nyame lost his life and this led to many pointing accusing fingers at Erzoah.

However, speaking to DAILY GUIDE, a source at the radio station denied any such death threats by Erzoah at the radio station.

According to the source, even though there was some kind of exchanges, Erzoah never issued any death threat.

“Maybe he did that on other radio station but not on West End Radio,” the source noted.

Meanwhile, the matter is being investigated by the Ellembelle District Police Command.

DAILY GUIDE also gathered that the late Rev. Nyame would be buried on January 12, 2019, at Teleku-Bokazo.
