A special property exhibition dubbed, ‘The East Legon Property Expo 2018’ is set to be held in Accra.
The fair is designed to promote and facilitate real estate dealings between developers & property owners at their target market in East Legon, a suburb of Accra and its environs.
The day’s event will provide a unique platform to gain strategic knowledge about local investment opportunities and business networking in the real estate sector.
The expo, according to a release issued by the organizers, Summit Property Brokers, will bring together key real estate players such as private, commercial and residential property owners, land owners, financiers, agents and contractors.
The event has a well-structured format for facilitating direct peer engagement for more advanced deal-making, showcasing property bargains, co-investments, strategic partnerships and a cocktail environment necessary for business networking, the release indicated.
It said the expo slated for May 26 will cover East Legon, Dzorwulu, Adgiringanor, East Legon Hills, Trassaco Valley & North Legon.
Featured agenda items will include projects showcases and presentations.
