‘I Want To Feed You’, a new play by Uncle Ebo Whyte’s Roverman Productions in partnership with National Theatre, will be staged at the National Theatre in Accra.

An exciting performance will be performed on September 6, 7, 8, 13, 14 and 15, 2024 for the playwright’s regular audience members.

Regular patrons to the playwright’s productions have been promised an exciting play.

Written and directed by playwright, Ebo Whyte, the story focuses on a group of ordinary but ‘crazy’ people in a normal neighbourhood in Accra.

It’s the break of a new dawn and everyone is awake and going about their business. Auntie Peace is raining curses because her Christmas chicken is missing; Nhyira is asked to stay away from Serwaa, the girl he loves; and two men are fighting over Oboshie’s baby.

Meanwhile, Serwaa has a secret from her past that is chasing her, and the preacher knows more than they think he does!

For years, Roverman Productions led by Uncle Ebo Whyte has served Ghanaians with thought-provoking and hilarious stage plays.

Uncle Ebo is also a motivational speaker and the creative head and lead writer at Roverman Productions.

Some of the plays he has written include ‘I Want Your Wife’, ‘Dear God Comma’, ‘A Crazy Ride’, ‘Final Warning’, ‘Not My Husband’, ‘Sex Scandal’, ‘God, You Are Fired’, ‘Dora Why’,  ‘Life Is Some Way’, ‘Mr President Your Move’, ‘The Devil In The Mirror’ and ‘Dad Is Mum; Mum Is Dad’.
