Neymar
Juventus are set to make a stunning late swoop for Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar from under the nose of his former club Barcelona, according to reports.
The Brazilian talisman has been heavily linked with a return to La Liga with either Barca or Real Madrid, but a shock third option has now been mooted.
According to AS, Juventus are preparing a player-plus-cash offer involving Paulo Dybala that they hope will tempt PSG into selling.
The Spanish paper writes that Juve have already opened talks with PSG over a potential move, but they face serious competition from La Liga’s two top clubs.
Juventus’ sporting director Fabio Paratici is said to be central to discussions over a potential deal, which would see Neymar link up with Cristiano Ronaldo in Turin.
It is not the first time Dybala, meanwhile, has been linked with a move away this summer, having previously turned down moves to Tottenham and Manchester United.
He could not agree personal terms with either side, and until now looked likely to continue his stint in Serie A with Juventus.
One stumbling block over any potential move for Neymar this summer is Financial Fair Play, and it is reported that the Italian giants would have to offload some players before signing him in order to comply with the rules.
