‘SHOWDOWN SUPPORTERS Suame’, a political group, which supports Kennedy Agyapong’s presidential ambition, has officially been launched at Suame, Kumasi.
The group, whose membership are made up of artisans at Suame Magazine have resolved to campaign to ensure that Kennedy Agyapong would be elected as the NPP flagbearer.
According to the group, which has over 500 members, they see him (Kennedy) as an astute businessman, who would manage the country well.
The group members promised that they would offer their unflinching support to Kennedy Agyapong in both cash and in kind to enable him win the NPP presidential primaries.
Lawyer William Kusi, Ashanti Regional Coordinator for ‘Kennedy Agyapong For President Campaign’, commended the group for their bold and patriotic move to support Kennedy Agyapong.
According to him, Kennedy Agyapong has the wherewithal to properly lead the ruling NPP to break the eight during the 2024 presidential and parliamentary elections and also lead the country in affluence.
“During the special delegates conference, Kennedy picked number one slot on a rainy day and today too he has picked number one on a rainy day”, Lawyer Kusi, observed with a smiles on his face.
He added that “these speak to the fact that God has ordained Kennedy Agyapong as leader of the NPP for the 2024 general elections”, noting that nothing would prevent Kennedy from leading the NPP.
On his part, Chairman for the Showdown Supporters Suame, Nana Bee, passionately appealed to the NPP delegates to massively vote for Kennedy Agyapong on November 4.
“Kennedy Agyapong has established companies to employ the youth and this is what all Ghanaians want. So for us we have someone who can create jobs and wealth for us to enjoy life”, he declared with joy.
