Former President John Mahama is conspicuously missing in action in Parliament where President Nana Akufo-Addo is delivering his fourth State Of The Nation Address (SONA).
Former Presidents John Agyekum Kufuor and Jerry John Rawlings are present in Parliament among a tall list of other dignitaries.
In Parliament also is the wife of former President Rawlings, Nana Konadu.
