Finance Minister, Ken Ofori Atta, has finally commenced the presentation of the 2019 Mid-Year Budget Review.
The presentation was scheduled for 10:00am but was delayed for over three hours due to Parliament’s deliberation of the Bill on the election of MMDCEs
