Gospel artiste, Nana Yaw Boakye, also known as MOG Music, has paid a courtesy call on the Ambassador of Ghana to Denmark, Mrs. Sylvia Annor.

The meeting was to formally announce MOG’s presence in the country and invite the embassy staff to the annual praise and worship conference dubbed, ‘Back To Worship’ where MOG is the special worship minister.

The conference is being hosted by the International Harvest Christian Centre headed by Rev. Dr. James and Pastor Clara Commey.

Ghana’s Ambassador to Denmark, receiving the delegation, said worship was important, indicating that like MOG’s ‘Oh Be Lifted’, one must lay down his or her crown when approaching the altar of worship.

“During the days of worship, we put whatever crown we are wearing down because there is a bigger crown than what we are wearing,” she said.

“I do know MOG and I know the fact that when worship goes up, blessings descend.”

Mrs. Annoh said God uses worship to do so many things, “I don’t want us to feel as if we are just going to sing, we are going to worship our maker, creator, provider, our God. And I do believe that if we take time off our busy schedules to support this show, God will come through for you no matter what you are going through.”

Rev. Dr. Commey expressed his gratitude to the Ghanaian embassy for opening its doors to MOG and the church.

“We are very excited to have MOG visit Denmark for the first time and we felt that it would not be complete without paying a courtesy call on the embassy.

“Thank you for your selfless service to our country. I believe this meeting is going to impact lives positively, and we will leave knowing that the God we serve is a living God,” MOG Music said.
