Nigel Gaise Police Invitation Cancelled

The Ghana Police Service have canceled its invitation to Prophet Nigel Gaisie, founder and leader of Prophetic Hill Chapel to assist with investigation over his recent supposed prophecies.

In a statement issued by the Prophetic Hill Chapel Thursday February 24, 2022 said the police called the Nigel Gaise to inform him their decision to stand down their invitation.

“In the afternoon of Thursday 24th February 2022, our Senior Prophet received a telephone call from the CID Headquarters of the Ghana Police Service indicating that further instructions have come for them to stand down his invitation.

“The church have thanked Rt. Rev. Nana Anyani-Boadum, the presiding Bishop of Jesus Generation Ministries, the legal team of the church and well wishers for their invaluable support”, the statement noted.

They have therefore assured members of the Prophetic Hill Chapel that Prophet Nigel Gaisie remain resolute in administering unadulterated power of God according to His Word.

Ahead of the 2021 Watch Night services, the police issued a statement to pastors and prophets against what they described as prophecies likely to cause fear and panic.

Describing such acts as criminal and contravening the law, the police threatened to arrest and prosecute any man of God who goes ahead to issue prophecies likely to create tension and panic.

Nigel Gaisie, as widely expected, on December 31, 2021, issued several prophecies about the year 2022 on issues covering security, politics and governance among others.

The man of God referred to a town called Umuofia and alluded that his prophecies on the night were about the fictional town and not about Ghana.

Reports from Wednesday, February 23, 2022, indicate that the Ghana Police Service had extended an invitation to Nigel Gaisie over his ‘Umuofia’ prophesies during the watch night service on December 31st, 2021.

The reports also said the founder of the Prophetic Hill Chapel was required to report to the police station on February 28, 2022

Amid the report of his invitation by the police, Nigel Gaisie made the following post on social media:

“From Ibano To Umuafia…The Elders Were Very Silent Till Okonko Killed Ikemefuna and they all WOKE UP BUT IT WAS TOO LATE…Posterity Will NEVER FORGIVE US FOR NOT STANDING UP TO THE WRONGS OF TODAY..N.B…I am only a prophet and I speak the mind of God.”
