Afrobeats sensation, S3fa, has officially parted ways with Black Avenue Muzik, a record label owned by Ghanaian rapper and entrepreneur D-Black.
The singer, who joined the label in 2018, initially signed a five-year contract and later extended her stay for an additional year.
During her six-year tenure, S3fa enjoyed significant career growth, releasing several hit songs, including ‘E Choke’ featuring Mr. Drew, and establishing herself as a household name in the Ghanaian music industry.
In an announcement on Instagram story on December 3, 2024, Sefa described her departure as the start of an exciting new chapter in her career.
“When I joined the label in 2018, I did so with hopes and dreams of sharing my voice, my music, and my passion with the world. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with talented individuals, releasing music that resonates with so many, and growing into the artiste I am today,” she wrote.
S3fa expressed immense gratitude to Black Avenue Muzik for providing a platform that helped shape her artistic identity and for the experiences and connections she made during her time with the label.
“Thank you, Black Avenue Muzik, for being a part of my story. And to my fans, thank you for being the foundation of my success,” she added.
As she embarks on this new phase of her journey, Sefa promises to stay true to her artistry and continue creating music that touches hearts and celebrates culture.
“As I move forward, I promise to continue giving you music that speaks to your hearts, moves your souls, and celebrates the vibrant culture we share. This is just the beginning of something truly special, and I am excited to take you along with me on this ride,” she assured her fans.
