The Member of Parliament (MP) for Yikpa-Dayi Godzilla in Togo, Ati Dzigbordi, has visited the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Hohoe in the Volta Region of Ghana, Andrews Teddy Ofori.
DGN Online understands that the visit was intended to afford the MP and the MCE the opportunity to discuss issues that would promote peaceful coexistence among citizens living around the Ghana-Togo border in the Hohoe Municipality and Ghana as a whole.
Issues of bilateral trade and illegal attempt by some Togolese to register in the ongoing Ghana Card registration were also discussed.
The Togolese MP seized the opportunity to familiarize herself with the various departments in the Municipal Assembly and their roles to the development of the Municipality.
