Globacom Mega Musical Concert will remain one of the best musical shows ever organised in Accra for those who turned up at the Fantasy Dome last Saturday, September 22.
The event dubbed “Glo Mega Show” witnessed live musical performances from some of the finest ‘A-List’ music artistes from Ghana, Nigeria and Tanzania.
The award-winning artistes who rocked the show included Wizkid, Stonebwoy, Samini, Yemi Alade, Tekno, Kofi Kinaata, MzVee and Diamond Platnumz.
Music fans were delighted in the extraordinary performances from all the artistes who displayed their excellent stagecraft and dancing skills.
One artiste who thrilled music fans to their satisfaction was Samini. On the night, he was full of energy and his stagecraft was fantastic.
The Ghanaian dancehall artiste performed most of his award-winning songs which include Linda, Gyae Shii, My Own, among others.
His delivery on the night was extraordinary as fans stood on their feet dancing and singing alongside to show appreciation.
Nigerian singer and songwriter, Wizkid, also rocked the concert with a terrific performance. He kept music fans especially the ladies on their feet, singing and dancing along from the beginning to the end of his performance.
Besides, the night witnessed historic performances from Kofi Kinaata, Tekno, Yemi Alade, Mzvee and Diamond Platnumz.
Stonebwoy also charmed fans with his singing skills and stagecraft. He performed some of his popular hit songs to everybody’s delight.
The concert is an initiative of Globacom, which is part of a long-running promotion comprising a series of musical concerts from August to October this year.
The last event is scheduled for Saturday, October 20, 2018, at the Fantasy Dome, Trade Fair Accra.
Artistes billed for the last event include Davido, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Wizkid, Yemi Alade, Flavour and Patapaa. They will be joined by comedians – Foster Romanus, Basketmouth and Gordons.
