Badu Kobi Shares Vision On 2016 Polls “…I Still Don’t Believe He Would Be President…”

Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi of the Glorious Wave Church International has said one of the presidential candidates contesting the 2016 presidential polls has a ‘spiritual’ problem that has made him a liability to his party.

“There is someone in this land, I would say it on air, if the person wants to become President (of Ghana), he must purge himself. There is something holding the person from becoming a president. And I still don’t believe he would be president unless he purges himself. Hmm,” Badu Kobi disclosed in an interview with ‘Restoration With Stacy’ television talk show.

NEWS-ONE reproduces a transcript of an excerpt of the interview which captured the exact context in which Badu Kobi spoke:

Do you have any visions for 2016?

Twenty Sixteen (2016)? Hmmm! There is someone in this land, I would say it on air, if the person wants to become President (of Ghana), he must purge himself. There is something holding the person from becoming a president. And I still don’t believe he would be president except he purges himself. Hmm!

So whoever this person is, what can men of God do? Maybe he does not even know?

It is not a matter of ‘men of God’. Sometimes, we miss it. He himself must ask himself, ‘I have gone…’—if I mention it, Ghanaians would know the person—‘I have gone more than once, I am still not winning, I do not cross the 50 percent mark.  What is my problem?’

Sometimes [he gets] 49.9 percent but never crosses the 50 percent. The person must ask himself what is happening: ‘Why is it that I do not cross the 50 percent?’

But you see, the people in his party won’t ask this question. They are only making a mistake by saying still ‘let’s get this person there. Why are they making a mistake? The person is affecting his party seriously. He would not ask himself certain questions and yet they say he is popular. Popular? It is affecting his party; it is affecting their finances.

So the person should purge himself. There are certain things pulling him back and it is from the early stages of his life. He should investigate this; he should go to a man of God to diagnose and tell him the problem.

And he himself must be availed to heal himself. This is not mere talk. When spirits are dealing with you, when family is dealing with you, you must avail yourself to be healed by a man who is sent, a directed man, then you are free. Otherwise, it would be the same 49.99 percent.

Though Prophet Kobi did not mention any name, he categorically stated about a month ago that electoral victory would elude the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the third time in a row if the party did not take steps to seek spiritual intervention for its presidential candidate, Nana Akufo-Addo.

“If Nana wants to win the election, he knows what to do. If he doesn’t do it, President Mahama will once again snatch victory from him…Spiritually, if you look at it, Nana Addo has won the election but how to make that manifest in the physical realm is another issue,” Prophet Kobi told Roman Fada, host of Atinka FM Mid-morning show, ‘Edwumaa oo’.

Emmanuel Badu Kobi is one of the few contemporary Prophets whose reputation and credibility is still intact and whose prophecies and predictions have happened with precision.
