Ex-Premier League referee Mark Clattenburg has admitted to turning to alcohol to relieve the tension after officiating big matches.
The 43-year-old, who left England in February to referee games in Saudi Arabia, has talked about how he’d cope with his performance after certain games in the Premier League.
Clattenburg was considered as one of the best referees in the world before making a sensational switch to the Middle East, having officiated the Champions League final, FA Cup final and European Championship final in 2016
