One of the country’s outstanding gospel musicians, Elizabeth Obeng Asamoah, last Sunday launched his latest album titled ‘Calvary’ at the premises of Hope Ministries International.
The album launch which was organised by Elizabeth Obeng Asamoah’s management attracted a number of personalities, pastors and stakeholders in the gospel music industry, witnessed a historic live musical performance from the gospel artiste and all the supporting artistes who graced the album launch.
The album launch was also used to launch the gospel artiste needy foundation set to support the needy in the society.
The lyrics in all the songs on the album are inspiring and well-arranged to educate people on the teachings of Christ.
Fans who purchase copies of the album had the opportunity to take photographs with the gospel artiste, as she thanked them for accepting and supporting her in the music industry.
With the release of her latest album, Elizabeth Asamoah has, indeed, proven to her fans in Ghana and beyond that she has really come to stay.
Her management team has expressed its optimism that the new album would shoot Elizabeth Obeng Asamoah into the international gospel music arena and give her the needed recognition to evangelise the word of God through her songs.’
The gospel artiste, who is under Ohemaa Mercy ministries believes that the new album “has the potential of becoming a big hit on the Ghanaian music market.”
“For Elizabeth, it is an honour and privilege to stand and lead God’s children in the art of spiritual intimacy in all genres. Her understands that worship is what brings the overwhelming presence of God,” the management said.
