Nigerian music star, Tiwa Savage, has opened up about her love life, revealing that she has experienced only one genuinely good relationship—and that partner is no longer alive.
Speaking in an emotional interview with content creator Korty EO, the 45-year-old singer said her dating history has largely been filled with disappointment, describing most of her past relationships in blunt terms.
“There is hardly any relationship I would look back at and see anything positive. They are all d*cks! Actually, there is one, but he passed away. May his soul rest in peace. He was incredible,” she said.
Savage noted that her difficult experiences with love have shaped how she raises her son, adding that she constantly advises him to treat women with respect.
“I always tell my son to treat women right because of what I went through,” she explained.
Tiwa Savage was previously married to music executive Tunji Balogun, popularly known as Tee Billz, from 2013 until their divorce in 2018. The former couple share a son, Jamil.
