Ignore False Claims – Empire Builders Warns

MEMBERS OF the public have been asked by Empire Builders Limited (EBL), the parent company of Trasacco Estates Development Company Limited, to ‘disregard’ claims that it has disobeyed the Supreme Court ruling asking the company not to interfere with Top Kings Enterprise Limited’s land at Ayigbe Town.

Management of EBL said the 63-acre Trasacco Valley land, adjacent the Accra-Tema motorway, had not been interfered with and therefore asked the general public to ignore “such spurious and tenuous claims.”

In a statement released to the media, officials of EBL indicated that the false claims have been contrived to “instigate public disdain and occasion commercial loss to an otherwise law-abiding company and its development, Trasacco Valley.”

The statement said the land in question, which was awarded to Top Kings by the Supreme Court in its December 16, 2020 judgment, had not been touched, adding that “If you purchase any land or property outside of this area, you are advised to proceed with extreme caution as you may not be buying from the rightful owner.”

“Empire Builders Limited also wishes to advise the general public that it will not regularise or recognise any acquisitions or property outside the above area that falls within Empire Builders’ property,” the statement noted.

It further asked people wanting additional information to send queries to the email address: topkingslandcheck@gmail.com
