The Namibian High Commissioner to Ghana, Selma Ashipala-Musavyi, has paid a courtesy visit to the office of the Founding President of Relevant Achievers Impacting Nations (RAIN Foundations), Author Ralph Antwi, last Thursday.

RAIN Foundations is the brain behind the annual Predecessors Awards Worldwide, one of the fourteen networks in RAIN which has been committed to addressing very critical issues in society through various projects, events, among others.

It has honoured a number of personalities from the religious, athletics, medical, educational, and creative arts sectors of the economy in Ghana and beyond.

The organisation continues to connect great achievers in the Western world to Africa, to undertake developmental projects.

One of such is the establishment of an Einstein Memorial Institute of Education and Health, which is set to commence before the end of this year.

Commending the organisation for their good works, the High Commissioner said, “It gives me courage and hope to see African brains being put to use in such an innovative manner”.

Ms. Ashipala-Musavyi also presented a decorated ostrich egg – a symbol of greatness and prosperity to Author Ralph and the RAIN team. She expressed her readiness to engage the organisation in its endeavours aimed at contributing to the betterment of Africa.

The Founding President of RAIN thanked the High Commissioner for her visit, gift, and encouragement. He explained that the organisation was getting ready to honour eighty achievers in the Caribbeans, Africa, America, Europe, and the Middle East.

These honorees are predecessors in various institutions of society who have made great impact and left their footprints in the sands of time.

Under their SUCCESSION Project, the Leaders Under Forty Worldwide of RAIN is also expected to host the annual International Youth Shakers Conclave in New York in August, this year.

This event is in collaboration with the International Youth Network for UN Security Council Resolution 2250 (IYNUNSCR 2250).
