Actor, Nii Saka Brown has apologised to his senior colleague, Psalm Adjeteyfio aka TT, over an unsavory remark he made about the Taxi Driver actor’s decision to seek for financial assistance from the public.
He said, he was sorry, claiming that the statement made by him wasn’t a deliberate attempt to malign the veteran actor who is popularly known as TT from the rested Taxi Driver series.
Nii Saka who is also an ordained man of God in an interview on TV XYZ described TT as a “failure.”
According to him, TT has failed in life if he is still renting at his age.
He also suggested that TT lived a reckless lifestyle hence being broke.
“George Williams died he did not beg although his condition was extremely critical. He led a very good life. Look at Rama Brew she never begged. It is the life they lived. Grace Nortey also did not beg. But as for TT, it’s his lifestyle. He said he needs money to pay rent? At this 60 something years of age, he is still renting. He has failed,” he stated on TV XYZ.
His statement however attracted a lot of backlash with many saying he spoke irresponsibly.
In a Facebook post on Sunday, he took back his words and asked TT to forgive him.
He wrote: “Please I have taken All the comments and insults in Good faith and I want to apologized [sic] to my Big brother and Friend TT. Am very sorry I don’t mean to disrespect You.”
