Nomination deadline for this year’s edition of the Aviation Awards has been extended, organisers have disclosed.
According to the organisers, Ninetyeightz Events, companies which could not file their nominations now have until Friday, June 2 to do so.
The nominees will be shortlisted by the board for the awards, together with the awards’ statisticians for public voting. The winners will be announced at the awards night scheduled to take in July at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra.
The awards is being organised to reward excellent performances in the tourism and aviation sectors, to encourage competition among the industry players and to build good relationships amongst the stakeholders.
This year, according to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Bergis Kojo Frimpong, a number of packages have been put in place to make the event a memorable one for patrons and industry stakeholders.
