Sayvee
Young and talented Ghanaian hiplife artiste, Saviour Adzika, known in the music scene as Sayvee, has launched a peace song titled ‘Yaayi’, with a call on the youth to desist from acts that seek to undermine the coming general elections slated for December 7.
Sayvee used the launch of his peace song to officially outdoor his new websit — www.corpsayvee.com— which will be used to market and promote his brand.
The artiste has remained relevant in the Ghanaian music industry since the release of his two singles, ‘Woei-Soh’ and ‘Toma Wondzi’ on the Ghanaian music market.
The artiste disclosed that he believes in doing something extraordinary to satisfy his numerous music fans in Ghana and beyond.
With a silky voice and talent which he described as a special gift from God, Sayvee is one of the few talented artistes who has the ambition of taking over the country’s music industry by storm in the coming years.
In a statement, the artiste who works with one of the corporate institutions in the country disclosed that though his passion for hiplife music is very strong, he is currently doing music as a part-time business.
“Music has been part of me. I do it on a part-time basis because I work full time with a reputable corporate organisation in Ghana,” Sayvee said.
On US-based record label, Sound Lion Records, Sayvee, has a number of songs which include ‘Woei Soh’, ‘Toma Wondzi’, Fantefo Na Brofoa’, ‘You Are A Fool To Me’, ‘1 Ghana’ ‘Today Be Today’ to his credit.
According to him, in addition to his music business, he has formed a youth club — Sayvee Corporate Club— to assist the less-privileged in the society.
He explained that the formation of the youth club, with support from one Mr Adams, an assembly member for Effiakuma Electoral Area in the Western Region, forms part of his social responsibility, adding that he has plans of opening other branches in some selected regions to groom more talents.
