Vivo Energy Lauches Re-Load Taxi Bonanza

Vivo Energy Ghana, marketers and distributors of Shell products on Monday, launched the Shell Filling ‘No Y3 Deep Promo Reloaded (Taxi Bonanza).

The promotion is intended to reward customers for their loyalty in using shell branded products and services throughout the year.

Last year, Shell awarded winners of the various draws of the Shell Filling No Y3 Deep Promo with six brand new Hyundai Grand i10 taxis, one-year worth of free fuel, six months free fuel, one month free fuel, one month worth of shopping vouchers, and a chance to win instant free airtime.

In all 75,000 prizes given away, with a car and 200 other prizes given to winners at each of the six bi-weekly draws.

Speaking at the launch of the Shell Filling No Y3 Deep Promo Reloaded (Taxi Bonanza), Ebenezer Faulkner, Managing Director of Vivo Energy Ghana, in a speech read on his behalf, said the new version of the promotion comes with much more exciting prizes to reward their customers.

He said participants of this year’s promotion would be rewarded with seven brand new Hyundai Grand i10 taxis, 100 motorbikes with helmets, six months free fuel, three months free fuel, one month free fuel, one month worth shopping vouchers and a chance to win instant free airtime.

According to him, there would be six bi-weekly draws from now till 23rd December.

Each bi-weekly draw would see one car and other 300 prizes being given away. In all there would be over 100,000 prizes for Shell’s cherished customers.

Mr. Faulkner indicated that during the period of the promo, shell would also organize activation programmes at selected stations to give out free fuel, branded tissue papers and other amazing prizes.

“Over the next 12 weeks, shell filling no y3 deep promo reloaded (taxi Bonanza) train would also tour selected shell service stations across the country and reward customers instantly after they make a purchase of GH¢80 or more.”

He acknowledged the partnership of the National Lotteries Authority (NLA) on the Caritas platform and the support of Hyundai World by Hyundai Motors and Investments Ghana Limited.

Ebenezer Ayensu, Brands Manager of Vivo Energy Ghana, briefing drivers on how to enter the draw, said that the procedure for this year’s promo is not the same as that of last year.

He said in order to participate, customers must buy GH¢80 and above worth of fuel to pick a scratch card and dial *714*40# on all networks.

“Participants would receive a pop up box in a form of text message, and they are expected to enter the code on the scratch card and press send to enter the draw, these same customers also stand the chance of winning airtime of GH¢5 or GH¢2 instantly.”
