An Accra based business woman, Cynthia Adjei over the weekend made a handsome donation to the chiefs and people of her hometown, Ammasu in the Brong Ahafo Region.
Among the items she presented were a set of chairs, textbooks and exercise books to help boost education in Ammasu.
The items were received by the Chief of Ammasu, Nana Dei Kusi who thanked her for the kind gesture and advised others to emulate her example.
Cynthia said she was touched by the plight of her people and decided to help in her small way which she believed will go a long way to boost education in the area. She advised the children to take their education seriously for a brighter future.
