MTN Launches Twin-City Fest

The MTN, a leading telecommunication services provider, has launched the 2017 Twin City Festival in Takoradi in the Western Region to bring out the rich cultural elements in the Ghanaian traditional set-up and help unite families and communities.

The festival seeks to engage the hearts and minds of MTN’s cherished customers, with innovative products and services as well as seeking feedback to enhance the company’s service delivery.

Some interesting activities had been lined up for the month-long festival including, Springboard Road Show, community forum, MTN business fair, twin-city carnival, health walk, health screening and corporate games among others.

The event would also provide a platform for the subscribers of MTN and other stakeholders to share their concerns with regards to services provided by the telecommunication company.

Eric Yeboah-Asiamah, Acting Regional Senior Manager, South West Business Division of MTN Ghana, noted that the company has decided to bring people together, inform them about their operations, and expose them to some of their products and services.

He pointed out that the month long activity was one of the numerous platforms created by MTN to engage its customers.

“It has been developed to celebrate our customers in the Sekondi-Takoradi metropolis and for that matter, Western Region as a whole and to bring the company much closer to our subscribers”, he explained.
