This year’s edition of the much anticipated musical event dubbed ‘Adom FM Kolor Party’ will take place this Saturday at the Sillicon House, Tesano, in Accra.
This year’s Kolor Party will be celebrated on-air due to the hike in the COVID-19 cases recorded in the country.
The much hyped virtual event will be streamed live on Hitz FM, Adom TV, MyJoyonline and other social media platforms.
The purpose of the event, put together by Adom FM and Adom TV, is to give opportunity to viewers and listeners of radio/TV stations to fraternise with presenters.
This year’s edition, which is the seventh edition, will as usual feature popular music stars to rock the stage to its maximum. Fans who will grace the event are expected to dress in various colours of their favourite radio and TV presenters.
They will be given the opportunity to take pictures with radio/TV personalities such as Kwamena Idan, Nana Osei Ampofo Agyei, Mike 2, Papa Bills, DJs Dr. Pounds, Akonta Joe, Jerry Justice, OPD and Andy Dosty.
They also said music fans and listeners who partake in the on-air celebration of the Kolor party will stand the chance of winning weekly prizes.
In a press statement sighted by BEATWAVES, the various programmes hosted on Asempa FM, Adom FM and Adom TV, and Adom Online, have colour locations to be displayed.
The event will feature an incredible lineup of homegrown hiplife, hip hop, afro pop and dancehall artistes who are expected to thrill music fans to their satisfaction.
