The winners displaying their silverwares
A keenly-contested golf fiesta characterized the launch of the Bok Nam Kim Putting Green Project at the Club, near El-Wak Stadium last weekend, DAILY GUIDE SPORTS learnt.
Themed, Alhaji Yusif Ibrahim sponsored Golf tournament, the competition attracted seasoned golfers from the Accra-Tema Metropolis.
Businessman and avid golfer, Sir Sam Jonah picked the second prize in the Men’s Group A; while Kwesi Sannaise Mensah, CEO of Overseas and Bridgdeways Shipping won the Closest to the Pin prize.
It was Air Commodore Nana Krakue (rtd), who won the first prize in the Men’s Group A and Hajia Rabi Ibrahim, wife of the sponsor, dominated in the ladies category.
Other winners were Edward Abrokwah, Alex Abrokwah, Frank Gadzekpo,  Japhet Achola and Commodore JO Kontoh.
Club captain, Group Captain Seth Kwaku Fianya, solicited the support of all members in making the Club one of the best in the country.
