An assembly member who found two teenagers – a male and a female – in an alleged compromising situation in the dark, purportedly ordered them to have sex.
The assembly member for Effiakuma West, in the Effia-Kwesimintsim Municipality of the Western Region, Edward Senam Azaliko, was seen in a viral video ordering the two teenagers to have an affair.
According to information gathered, the assembly member found the two teenagers in a compromising situation and decided to punish them.
DAILY GUIDE gathered that he took the two teenagers to an uncompleted building and ordered them to have sex, as a form of “punishment” for being in a relationship at such young age.
He then brought out a belt and threatened the two teenagers to engage in the sexual act, or he will beat them up.
In the viral video, the young boy was seen being forced to have sexual intercourse with the girl, while the assembly member and other individuals looked on, with others recording the act with their mobile phones.
The assemblyman was heard in the video shouting, “You think you are smart, take off your shorts, and do it early before I let you go.”
He also ordered the girl to take off her dress and “open your legs for the boy. Do it, else I will use the belt on you, do it, and kiss him as well.”
Speaking on Takoradi-based Connect FM, the assembly member admitted that he was the one in the video ordering the teenagers to have sex.
He, however, added that his actions were to punish the two for engaging in a relationship at such tender ages.
Meanwhile, the incident has since been reported to personnel of the law enforcement agency.
