Dr. Bawumia in a hearty chat with Nana B during the TESCON programme
LAWYER HENRY Nana Boakye aka ‘Nana B’, the National Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has earned the praise of Vice-President Dr. Bawumia.
The number two gentleman has stated that he is impressed with the competence and visionary leadership style exhibited by Nana B so far.
Dr. Bawumia, therefore, said the NPP youth wing is in safe hands with Nana B at the helm of affairs, especially as the 2020 elections gradually draw closer.
The Vice-President showered the tons of praises on Nana B following his (Nana B’s) successful hosting of the National TESCON Training and Orientation Conference, which was the first of its kind.
“What Nana B has done today shows a master stroke of competence of a national youth organizer,” Dr. Bawumia, who was closing the programme, stated, attracting wild applause.
The Vice-President said the training programme had been organized at the appropriate time, saying that the NPP needed such educative programmes to face election 2020.
He observed that the programme’s content was very rich and, therefore, it would go a long way to make the TESCON members very effective and efficient ahead of the next polls.
Dr. Bawumia also stated that Nana B had proven to be an effective leader and so he charged the party’s youth wing to give him the needed support to succeed.
The event, held for two days, was organized ostensibly to re-energize, re-tool and position TESCON, the NPP tertiary wing, to be ready for the election next year.
Some prominent government officials trooped to the Bank of Ghana auditorium at Legon during the two days to offer the needed support to TESCON.
