Busy, a 4G LTE provider, has launched its new operational strategy, with a new focus and commitment towards empowering Ghanaian youth and entrepreneurs.
The 4 G operator, which has a new tag line, ‘Great Things Happen,’ would leverage on advanced technology to empower the youth to achieve their objectives.
Speaking at the launch, Praveen Sadalege, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Busy, said the new outlook would connect Busy 4G back to its heritage as an ISP that offers the hub for young and upcoming entrepreneurs to connect to the world and develop business plans.
Mr. Sadalege said the introduction of mobile digital platform such as MyBusy Mobile allows customers to track their data usage, top up data, bundle data and control their data usage.
There is also the Web self-care app, which allows customers to interact with Busy on their laptops or desktop, he indicated.
“When we launched our three-pronged youth strategy with the unveiling of our JUMP platform at the end of last month, it was to signify our intentions to operate in a space where the majority of Ghana’s population are and to offer them an incredible access to materials that will inure to their professional and individual growth,” Mr. Sadalege said.
Chief Marketing Officer of Busy, Michael Fitzgerald, disclosed that Busy will also launch a new mobile interactive app known as Chat+.
Mr Fitzgerald said the company would also roll out several innovative products and services such as the “3 paddies” and Chat+ as interventions to help the youth and young entrepreneurs to focus on innovation in the world of technology.
Chat+ comes free and allows customers to call, chat, share pictures and videos with friends and business partners in Closed User Groups (CUG), he added.
