Capital Bank has entered into a strategic partnership with domestic carrier, African World Airlines to facilitate the sale of the airline’s tickets through all the branches of the indigenous bank.
Travellers to Accra, Kumasi, Tamale, Takoradi and Lagos, Nigeria now have the opportunity to book their flights, purchase and receive their tickets at any of the 18 branches of the bank in seven regions of Ghana with ease.
The partnership is in line with the bank’s strategy of becoming a key player in Ghana’s retail banking space.
According to the indigenous bank, it has deployed a state-of-the-art payment system that is highly adaptable with third party systems in order to make payments for various services very simple and convenient.
Capital Bank recently signed over 16 schools, including the University of Ghana and the Ghana Institute of Languages onto its school fees collection platform.

Fitzgerald Odonkor said.
Capital Bank, which currently has 18 branches, is expected to roll out three new branches this year.
