Margwus Music Production, a well-known music production company with international recognition, has released the music video compilation of the late highlife musician, Daasebre Gyamenah, who died on Friday, July 29 after a short illness.
According to the management of Margwus Music Productions, the music video compilation, dubbed ‘Daasebre Music Video Compilation’, recorded in 2013, “is something music lovers will enjoy.”
Margwus believes the video will reveal the true colours of the highlife music icon’s live performances and certainly boosts his image though he is no more.
The release of Daasebre music video compilation forms part of efforts to promote his musical works and Ghanaian highlife music on the international music market.
The management of Margwus Productions explained that in addition to the release of Daasebre music video compilation, its outfit has plans of coming out with more music videos of other artistes to help promote Ghanaian music.
It stated that the music video will also give music fans the opportunity to watch music videos of their favourite artistes, adding that it will also encourage other musicians to also come out with more quality music videos to promote their musical works and Ghanaian music at large.
Daasebre music video has hit songs such as ‘Kokooko, Ntro, Ahoofe, Dondo, Didi, Twen Me, Gye Me and others.
