Staff members of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) have won the hearts of the chief and people of Esaase near Konongo in the Ashanti Region.
As a result, the Chief of Esaase has presented a citation through his Ankobeahene to the company in recognition of what the chief and his people have described as “ECG’s commitment to deliver service to their customers no matter what”.
Following a complaint by the people about two rotten poles in the community to the Konongo Business Centre, this was promptly addressed alongside the provision of two new transformers in the network.
A SHEP project in the community was also facilitated much to the delight of the residents of the community.
