Ghana’s youngest artiste, Fotocopy, has said he is hoping for the opportunity to have collaboration with music icons such as Sarkodie and Wendy Shay.

Speaking with Elvis Crystal on the 99.5 Rush Hour on Asaase Radio, he said, “I’m hoping to have a feature with Sarkodie. And when it comes to the female side, I’m also checking Wendy Shay, and if I get them both on a song, I will misbehave because it will be very exciting.”

“Getting Wendy Shay on a song is not easy,” the eight-year-old said. “Some people have suffered and been in the industry for five years, but they haven’t even had Shatta Wale on their song, so it’s not easy,” he added.

The rapper said he featured South Africa’s Uhuru on his song because he wanted to get an international exposure.

“I decided to feature Uhuru on ‘Tomorrow‘ because after featuring Shatta Wale on ‘School Dey Be’ I thought it was wise to feature Uhuru. Plus, I love him and I thought it will give me an international exposure. I went to South Africa for my ‘School Dey Be’ project,” Fotocopy said.

The hitmaker of ‘School Dey Be’ said: “We met Uhuru through a surprise meeting, my team and I had a meeting and decided to work on a project with him. When we entered the studio, the first thing Uhuru said was that this song is a hit, the song we are about to do is a hit.”

“The song ‘Tomorrow’ talks about life, you don’t know where you want to be tomorrow and you don’t know who will help you tomorrow. So when you are helping someone, help them from your heart,” the self-acclaimed ‘Prince of Africa’ said.

“And be humble because anything can happen at anytime and don’t look down on anybody. I might pause on music for a while and take education more seriously.”
