Multichoice Ghana has announced the addition of GHOne TV, to the GOtv platform to increase the local content offering in Ghana.
GHOne TV will now be available on channel 179 and will offer authentic Ghanaian programmes comprising news and current affairs, movies, magazine and talk shows, sports, religious programmes and a variety of entertainments amongst others.
According to Cecil Sunkwa-Mills, General Manager, Multichoice Ghana, GOtv’s addition will enrich the current offering of content available in Ghana.
“GOtv is committed to supplying the best and most relevant local and international content to enrich the lives of all subscribers thus the recent addition of more Ghanaian TV channels in our bouquet ahead of the digital migration,” he said.
Kwabena Adisi, CEO of EIB Network expressed GHOne TV’s excitement to be able to expand its reach through the partnership.
“Viewers across the country will now be able enjoy our quality current affairs, news/magazine and captivating talk shows and programmes no matter where they are in the country,” he said.
GHOne TV’s addition increases the number of Ghanaian TV channels to seven which would be available on all GOtv packages.
