Goaso Krontihene Found Dead In Bush

 

In the Ahafo Region of Ghana, the Regional capital, Goaso is currently in mourning following the sudden death of its Krontihene, Nana Yenhyira Kwadwo Kumah.

The traditional ruler’s lifeless body was discovered in a bush near the town, and the circumstances surrounding his death remain unknown.

The Ahafo Regional Police Command has launched an investigation into the incident, with the aim of uncovering what led to the Krontihene’s untimely demise.

Richard Kwabena Acheampong, the son of the deceased chief, spoke to reporters about the discovery of his father’s body.

“From the eyewitness, they found him under a certain tree. He was lying prostrate but he was lifeless. His clothes were not torn, there was no blood anywhere, there was no evidence of struggle or anything. There was nothing like that. The body is at the Goaso Government Hospital and the police have been involved.”

The sudden death of the Goaso Krontihene has left the entire town in a state of mourning, as residents come to terms with the loss of a respected and beloved community leader.

As the police investigation continues, there are hopes that answers will emerge about what happened to Nana Yenhyira Kwadwo Kumah, and that his family and friends will find some measure of peace in the wake of this tragedy.
