Shatta Wale
Dancehall star, Shatta Wale, has vowed to reclaim his seized 2019 Lamborghini Urus, insisting the luxury vehicle is legally his and not stolen, despite ongoing investigations by the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO).
In a post on X, Shatta Wale dismissed widespread rumours linking his Lamborghini to fraud, declaring he has the full paperwork to prove ownership.
“God willing, yes, I will receive it. Cuz I have every document proving it’s mine, forget rumours. For your info, it’s not stolen, please, thank you,” he wrote when a follower asked when they were getting back the car.
The dispute began in June 2025, when EOCO impounded the Lamborghini, claiming it was tied to a major fraud case in the United States. The vehicle was reportedly linked to Nana Kwabena Amuah, a Ghanaian-American convicted of running multi-million-dollar romance scams and business email compromise schemes.
EOCO alleged that the Lamborghini had been purchased with proceeds from those fraudulent activities. But Shatta Wale has strongly denied any wrongdoing, explaining that he bought the vehicle as a third-party buyer for $150,000 and has no business or personal ties with Amuah.
The saga has already dealt a major blow to the artist, with reports that he lost a $2 million EP deal due to the negative publicity surrounding the case.
Still, Shatta Wale remains defiant, maintaining that his Lamborghini was acquired legally and will be returned to him.
