American comedian of Ghanaian and Liberian descent, Michael Blackson, has suggested a partnership deal with producer, Tyler Perry, to build an ultra-modern film studio in Ghana.
In a tweet on Wednesday, he disclosed his readiness to provide land for the project if Tyler is up for it.
“Hey @tylerperry let’s go half on a film studio in Ghana, I’ll get the land and you build the studio,” he tweeted.
Tyler Perry is however yet to respond to the tweet.
Blackson’s tweet comes in the wake of reports that he wants to start producing movies in Ghana.
In an interview with JoyNews’ Doreen Avio days ago, he revealed that he wants to elevate the Ghana movie industry by producing his movies.
According to him, he is currently working on shooting his first produced Ghanaian movie to promote the Ghanaian film industry.
