Marketing Support Consultancy (MSC) Limited, a leading global research firm located in Abofu Achimota, Accra, has provided various forms of support to the vulnerable in society.
The company, as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), donated assorted items to an orphanage, accident victims and patients of the Accra Psychiatric hospital.
The items included bags of rice, gallons of oil, confectionaries, and a cash amount of GHC 10,000.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MSC Limited, Kunle Olutimehin, donating to the Porter’s Village Orphanage expressed joy to see how well all the children were despite the challenges faced during the year and for the enormous growth of the home.
He commended the home keepers for their great job and for keeping the children off the streets.
He encouraged and admonished them not to let down their cross as the good Lord will provide and send helpers to help take care of the children.
He also encouraged the children not to despise their days of small beginning, but keep their focus on God and not to be delinquents.
Home manager of the Porter’s Village Orphanage, on behalf of the owner, Dr. Mrs. Jane Adu, thanked MSC Limited for their enormous assistance over the years.
According to her, this is the fourth time MSC has shown love and support to the members of Porter’s Village Orphanage.
She recalled how on the 21st anniversary of the Orphanage, Marketing Support Consultancy donated massively which aided in the purchase of gravels to solve the muddy nature of the Orphanage premises.
She said the orphanage, located in Dodowa has a total of 107 children out of which 1 is in the university, 7 enrolled in a vocational school, 7 just completed senior high school and about to enroll into the university, 15 in senior high school, 1 studying graphic designing in IPMC.
She further added that currently, the younger kids are home schooled due to issues of misfit in class age and the unavailability of vehicles for safety.
She asked for God’s blessings and growth upon the MD, his household, and the entire Marketing Support Consultancy Limited team.
