Clement Opoku Ababio
Ghanaian enterprising gospel musician, Clement Opoku Ababio whose vision is to see Ghanaian gospel music on the international music market has declared that he has plans of doing a collaboration with some international artistes to boost the image of local gospel music on the international music scene.
Opoku Ababio said that throughout his gospel musical career God has been faithful to him and believe that the time had come for him to showcase the talent in him.
Speaking in an interview, the celebrated gospel music icon said he has a passion for music and it is his duty to use music to bring people together as one family.
“My passion for gospel music is very strong. I am happy that my music has been accepted by all.”
According to him, he has made an impact in the gospel music scene with his brand of music which many have testified openly at gospel events because all his songs have inspiring messages.
He stressed that God has giving him the opportunity to use gospel music to promote the teachings of Christ to a large number of people, adding that his presence in the music industry has won many souls for Christ.
He noted that Ghanaian gospel music has attracted the attention of a large number of music fans in Ghana, Africa and beyond but due to lack of resources Ghanaian gospel music is struggling to make its presence felt on the international music scene.
