Obuasi Bitters Boss Gives To Deaf School

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Aduro Yɛ Herbal Centre, producers of Obuasi Bitters, Collins Amo, celebrated his 33rd birthday by donating assorted items worth GH¢8,000 and a cash amount of GH¢ 5,000 to the Research Utilization School for the Deaf at Ahansonyewodea in Obuasi.

The donated items included gallons of oil, bags of rice, sugar, soft drinks, diapers, toiletries and stationery.

Mr. Amo, who was accompanied by the management of his company, staff and his family members, said giving to the needy and the less privileged in the society has always been a blessing to him.

According to him, the donation is meant to bring smiles to faces of the underprivileged and make them feel part of society.

Managing Director of the Research Utilization School for the Deaf, Genevieve Basiga, who received the items and cash on behalf of the school, expressed gratitude to the donor.

“We are very grateful because this is the first time in many years we are receiving such support. May the good Lord protect and guide your business,” she emphasized.

She appealed to other benevolent organizations to also come to their aid.
