Protozoa Makes Case For Women, Youth Empowerment

The ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for Suhum Constituency in the Eastern Region, Frank Asiedu Bekoe popularly known as Protozoa, has highlighted his commitment to empowering the youth and women as a key focus in his political agenda when given the nod as the Member of Parliament for the area.

Frank Asiedu Bekoe has so far begun campaigning for the election of Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as the next president by engaging volunteer groups, churches, and Zongo communities to trumpet the achievements of the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party.

The purpose of the engagements is to reassure the party faithful of hope and also to urge the electorate to put in their best to make the ‘breaking the 8’ mantra a reality, and make him also the next Member of Parliament in 2025.

During his stakeholder’s engagement with the women at Gariba Zongo in the constituency, over the weekend he explained to them that he had outlined his road map policy to develop the Constituency by empowering the women and the youth, therefore they should vote for him to become the next Member of Parliament for Suhum to execute such agenda.

At every engagement, he told the electorate that Dr. Bawumia has discharged the duties imposed on him as Vice President creditably. He also added that the vision of Dr. Bawumia that has made life comfortable for Ghanaians would be brought to bear under his presidency, to transform Ghana.

He explained that Dr. Bawumia has a proven track record and a vision to transform Ghana, adding that Bawumia has promised to continue all the good policies initiated and implemented by the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo government, pointing especially at the free SHS.

On his side, he noted that he would use his knowledge and resources to unite the people in the constituency and make the party more attractive and adorable ahead of the upcoming general elections.

He said a vote for NPP and Bawumia is a commitment vote for the continuity of Free Senior High School (SHS), Free Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), and infrastructural development, adding that, their vote for Bawumia is a vote for a bold solution for Ghana’s next chapter.

He noted the performance of the NPP-led Nana-Bawumia governance, particularly the impact of Free SHS on the ordinary Ghanaian.

He said, “I am ready to deepen, and add my quota to Suhum’s development. Vote for me to represent you in the 9th Parliament of Ghana. ”

The women’s group was impressed with Frank Asiedu Bekoe’s vision and pledged their support and votes to him and Bawumia in the upcoming election.
