Fati Eyes Career In Ghana

 Fati

Fati, a Liberian-born Afro-pop songstress, over the weekend released her latest single titled ‘Love’ in Ghana with a listening ceremony at Soho Restaurant, Airport in Accra.

The ceremony, which was attended by a section of the Ghanaian media and bloggers, had Fati put up an amazing performance of the song.

According to Fati, her greatest source of inspiration and motivation is her family. Her great-grandmother was a jazz singer and songwriter in the 1940s while her grandmother was a published writer. Her aunt was also a songwriter and the Bronzeville diva. They transmitted to her very early their love for music, dance and culture.

Like a shooting star on a rhythmic journey, Fati is out to conquer the world with her melodious and soulful voice.  She spins in the musical universe with some softness that blows the mind of anyone who listens to her.

Her new single ‘Love’was first released in September 2018 off her upcoming album titled Love.

She decided to release her new single in Accra because of her love for Ghana and the quest to work in the country’s entertainment industry. She hopes to work with Efya, among others.

She described the upcoming album as “both modern and authentic! A solid and rich album, from one end to the other, which will be a treat for Afro pop music fans around the world.”
