The victims aged between 16 and 17 were reportedly attacked in their room by a man with a rifle at Kokrobite Beach in Accra.
However, no arrest has been made as at the time of filing this report.

He, therefore, appealed to residents and members of the general public to provide the police with information.
According to the British Sun newspaper, which reported the matter on its online platform, thesun.co.uk, on Sunday, December 9, 2018, the victims (names withheld) were part of a larger group of 10 schoolchildren who paid £1,200 each for the trip to experience life in a developing country through volunteerism.
They partnered a volunteering charity organization that supports disadvantaged Ghanaian children.
Upon their arrival in the country, the four girls and their teacher were made to reside at Kokrobite, a suburb of Accra, where they planned to offer volunteer service to people in the area.
On Saturday night when the victims were in their guesthouse near the beach, the assailant forcibly entered the place and sexually assaulted them at gunpoint.
A local security guard, who attempted to stop the attack, was shot and severely injured.
DAILY GUIDE learnt that the traumatized girls are responding to treatment in a British hospital after they quickly returned to their home country on Sunday morning.
The UK Foreign Office is providing support to the girls and is in close contact with local authorities.
