NPP Prayer Group Drops Campaign Song

Ebenezer Kofi Boakye

The prayer group of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) last released its campaign song titled ‘Afie Dei Ebeye Yie’ to support Nana Akufo-Addo’s campaign for the presidency.

In addition to the campaign song, the group will organise gospel musical concerts and street carnivals in some parts of the country to canvass more votes for the party.

The gospel musical concerts and street carnival will witness performances from some selected gospel and circular artistes.

According to one of the executive members of the group, Ebenezer Kofi Boakye, the members of the group did the song to help Nana Akufo-Addo because they believe when Nana Addo becomes president, there would be hope for the poor.

The song also urged Nana Addo not to panic throughout his campaign activities because the Lord is always with him and would lead him to the Promised Land.

Kofi Boakye said Nana Addo is a good statesman who has done a lot for the country and would continue to tackle problems affecting the poor.

He added that the group is convinced that Nana Addo is the best presidential candidate to move the country’s development agenda forward and they would wholeheartedly support him.
